IN AND OUT WITH ONE TAP

An employee clocks in and out straight on their phone at the site, with no separate time clock. The view shows presence in real time and the latest clockings, and an open entry can be closed automatically when needed. A supervisor sees at a glance who is on site.

CLOCKING TERMINAL ON SITE

ROLLOCK TIME: SHOW YOUR CARD, PRESS IN OR OUT

The Rollock TIME terminal is installed at the site entrance. The employee shows a Valtti card or an NFC key and presses IN or OUT, and the clocking is stored in FiSAS in the same presence view as phone clockings. The device uses its own network connection, and its status and last contact are shown on the site's Devices tab.

ROLLOCK GATE: THE GATE OPENS ONLY WITH A PERMIT

Rollock GATE controls a site gate, barrier or roll-up door. The credential is linked to a person in FiSAS, and the gate opens only when that person has a valid access permit for the site. Permits are updated to the device automatically, and every passage is logged in the site's events.

Is a separate clocking device required?

Not necessarily. A phone is enough for clocking. If a fixed terminal is wanted on site, FiSAS supports the Rollock TIME clocking terminal and the Rollock GATE controller, with a Valtti card or an NFC key as the credential.

Yes. Employees' and subcontractors' tax numbers are stored in the system, so the site's tax number list stays together in one place.

Can access permits and inductions be stored in the system?
