Construction reports straight from purchase invoices and hours
In FiSAS the contract report is built from purchase invoices and the subcontractor register, and the employee report from time entries and check-ins. Missing business IDs and tax numbers are listed by name before the deadline, and the finished report is submitted in Ilmoitin.fi.

Frequently asked questions
What are construction reports in Finland?
Construction reports are the monthly contract details and employee details given to the Finnish Tax Administration from shared construction sites. A shared site is any site where more than one company works at the same time or one after another.
Who reports contract details?
The buyer of the contract. Every level of the chain reports its own purchases: the developer reports the main contract, the main contractor its subcontracts and the subcontractor its own subcontracts. Every contract worth more than €15,000 excluding VAT must be reported.
Who reports employee details?
The main contractor or other project supervisor reports everyone working at the site, including the workers of subcontractors and staffing companies. The limit is the combined value of all contracts at the site, €15,000 excluding VAT, so the workers of a small subcontract are reported too if the site as a whole is over the limit.
What is the deadline?
Each month's details are due by the 5th day of the second month after it. January's details by 5 March, October's by 5 December.
Where are the reports filed?
In MyTax using a form, or in Ilmoitin.fi as a file. The template holds the details MyTax asks for.
Why is there no personal identity code in the template?
The template travels by email and in shared folders, which is no place for identity codes. The Tax Administration also accepts tax number, date of birth and name as identification.
